From a large front terrace you will access to the hallway on the first floor, on your left you have stairs to downstairs, where you will find master bedroom, private bathroom and your own peaceful terrace. All the floorings on the three terraces have been renewed to meet your expectation.

On the first floor, we just finished a full renovation with modern and a scandinavian style loft bed on the “kids” room offering 2 x queen size beds. The room height is higher than normal, the space under the loft is 190cm in height, and over from 80cm to 150cm. Plenty of sleeping space for in-laws and/or your children.

Through the hallway you will enter compact living room with a kitchen, which have that all you will need to cook, and enjoy the time with modern smart tv, when you’re not enjoying the Costa del Sol’s endless sunny days.

And about enjoying the sun… The main terrace is facing to sea with partial sea views and very sunny south orientation. The terrace is also just furnished with nice sofas and an awning to cover you when it’s too hot in the direct sun light.

We have also a lot of necessities that are there for you to use, sun beds, parasol, children’s sand toys, etc etc. Anything that those toddlers would need.

We also spend a lot of time here, so if you accidentally break or lose something, we’d appreciate if you’d mention about it so we can prepare for that.

Also, depending of the season, the climate and nature can cause different kind of things that you might observe. Air can be humid, the can be some twigs flown from the trees to the balcony, the storm may bring sand from Sahara and cover everything with that. We are always arranging a full cleaning after every guest, but sometimes these things might happen between stays. So please ask if you orbserve something and give us a possibility to fix it. We are always doing our best for perfect experience.
