Benahavís

Benahavís is a Spanish mountain village situated between Marbella and Estepona, seven kilometers from the Coast. Due to the large number of high-end developments and villas that surround the area, Benahavís is one of the richest municipalities in Spain and in turn, one of the most expensive areas to buy in.

At the heart of the municipality, lies the traditional and tranquil village of Benahavís with incredible restaurants and bars. The surrounding area consists of mountain ranges, top golf courses such as La Quinta and Los Arqueros Golf, as well as the exclusive gated residences of El Madroñal and La Zagaleta – home to some of the most expensive properties in Spain!

Benahavís itself doesn’t offer a great choice of schooling options, however it’s perfectly centered between Estepona and Marbella, both offering some of the best private and public education in Spain. This is an ideal area for those looking for a haven of peace, quiet and luxury living, while still being close to other towns and amenities.

Gibraltar: 1 hour 15 minutes

Los Flamingos

Los Flamingos is a private and exclusive urbanisation within the municipality of Benahavís. The luxurious area is home to stunning villas and the prestigious Villa Padierna Hotel and Golf Club.

Los Flamingos is a great area for both permanent residents and second home owners due to its location, being only a short drive to Marbella, Estepona and all amenities, as well as offering a variety of properties and styles to choose from.

Due to its luxury surroundings and prime location, average house prices in Los Flamingos are higher, with large villas reaching the millions, however it is still more reasonable than neighbouring areas.
